About Signature Specialities
Signature Specialities (formerly known as Sinclairs Signature Specialities) is a food production company with an array of products that services hotels, restaurants, airport lounges, conference venues, wedding venues, foodservice distributors, canteens, corporate caterers, independent caterers, chefs and coffee shops. Our product list covers more than 300 individually crafted items and continues to grow and adapt according to market needs, clients’ needs and trends. Products have also factored in the food safety and packaging requirements surrounding Covid-19.
Sustainable Procurement
Produce is sourced and aggregated from smallholder, semi-commercial and commercial farms with a focus on procuring as much as possible from the black smallholder farmer. The Signature Specialities ecosystem supports over 400 black-owned small farmer cooperatives. We aim to graduate some of these small farm cooperatives into semi-commercial and commercial farms over the next five years. The aggregation services provided by our Agro-processing partner gives these farmers access to a market that they would not be able to get to individually.
Our Fleet
Signature Specialities owns a fleet of 13 vehicles both refrigerated and non-refrigerated. We can deliver locally, regionally or cross-border if required.
